Working with them was an absolute dream. We looked at one car that didn't fit our needs, and after a conversation they pointed us to one that was exactly what we needed. It needed a little work but they were able to do it all in house. They are incredibly fair when it comes to pricing and absolutely exceptional service. Never before have I had a dealer's mechanic hand me the keys and ask me to test drive a car again after he's worked on it before money ever changed hands. Definitely the place to go for used cars!

I typically only buy a vehicle every 6–8 years—partly because I’m frugal, but mostly because I don’t enjoy the process of finding the right car. This year, my son needed a vehicle, so we looked at Facebook Marketplace and several dealerships before stopping at Jiggie’s Truck and Auto Sales.The moment we pulled in, Jennifer greeted us, asked what we were looking for, and genuinely wanted to help. We found one car that caught our attention, but after looking it over, we realized my son really needed something with better fuel economy.Chuck took the time to ask questions about how my son would be using the car and suggested a few makes and models that would be a better fit. He didn’t have one on the lot at the time, but told us he’d keep an eye out. Less than a week later, he called to say he had found exactly what we were looking for.That level of customer service is hard to find today. At no point did we feel pressured—only listened to and genuinely cared for. We ended up with the perfect car for my son, and the entire experience completely changed my perspective on buying a used vehicle.If you’re looking for honest people who take the time to help you find the right vehicle instead of just selling you what’s on the lot, I highly recommend Jiggie’s Truck and Auto Sales.

We came to Jiggie’s with a car in mind that we saw on carfax. When we spoke with Jennifer she stated the car had sold, it was a little disappointing but Jennifer did an amazing job of showing me and my family cars in our price range. We purchased a 2012 buick from them, while looking at the vehicle, they encouraged us to run a code reading to make sure the vehicle was fine. Chuck, Jennifer and the mechanic were awesome and valued our questions and concerns. Buying a used car for your child can be a challenge especially when wanting a reliable used car. The were upfront and honest...... I like that. Thank you.
