First and foremost, I'm not the type of person whom leaves any type of online review bc I'm a very busy mom of three kids, while concurrently prioritizing allocated time to my highly consequential & demanding vocation. (Thus, as far as leaving ANY type of review; it is a VERY RARE occasion that I utilize my time into doing so...!!) So if I'm GOING TO BE completely HONEST.... I will state I did initially HAVE some RESERVATIONS, & was originally hesitant about going to this dealership, as they have both derogatory & very negative reviews online. HOWEVER, I took it upon myself to still give this dealership a fair chance & thus, I went to the dealership in person. You most definitely can EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED WHEN GOING HERE.... I CAN SAY without any reservations that EACH & EVERY PERSON WENT ABOVE & BEYOND TO CATER TO MY UNIQUE NEEDS & CIRCUMSTANCES!!! YOU WILL NOT find this TYPE OF UNPARALLELED customer service & EXPERIENCE AT ANY OTHER size or family owned DEALERSHIPS, as I can personally attest to this! Everyone there assisted & catered to ANY & ALL CONCERNS that arose upon my test driving of the vechiles, as I am currently in the market for TWO VEHICLES, at the present time to accommodate my family needs!!! ULTIMATELY, I did purchase a car from here! I also found, upon my drive home from the dealership, it was very hard & most difficult for me to barely see right in front of the vechile in the darkness, BUT bc they as are FAIR salesman & have KEPT THEIR WORD..., --They have ordered both low beam and high beam headlights for the car I purchased, with the new headlights to be installed at some point in the upcoming week. So this is a dealership that has worked hard to build and retain meaningful relationships & it's customer base, while also still employing people with the common decency to aid & assist a customer with ANY concern or issue... And if you ask me, that is SIGNIFICANTLY RARE in every aspect of customer service this days! So I thank them abundantly forthat alone!!! BUT REGARDLESS OF ANY derogatory OR negative COMMENTARY... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND for YOU to GO SEE THEM for your next vechile purchase to give them a chance to speak with you & see what type of financial resources they are able to percure for you, as each person has their own individual circumstances. ADDITIONALLY, I highly recommend that you ASK FOR Jennifer, as she will do her best to accommodate all your individualized needs! OVERALL, DONT BE FOOLED by any of the prior DEROGATORY COMMENTARY, as I CAN ATTEST that THEY WILL INDEED, WORK THEIR HARDEST TO SECURE THE RIGHT VECHILE, find the BEST FINANCIAL OPTIONS & WARRANTY COVERAGE that may be applicable & available to you; as they will seemingly work hard to get you the best applicable rates & eligible options that are available to you in your situation.... BUT PLEASE KEEP IN MIND..... ALL THE ABOVE IS DEPENDANT upon the vehicle you're looking to secure & YOUR individual FINANCIAL circumstances!!! But no matter, good or bad credit worthiness, they will treat you with the courtesy & respect you deserve as a customer. I can personally attest to this, as they will attempt their best efforts to attain, keep & secure your business, as they are a small family owned dealership. And they certainly CAN'T operate WITHOUT customers like myself & you! So regardless of YOUR CREDIT-WORTHINESS OR OTHER CHALLENGES.... PLEASE DO STOP BY TO SEE THEM & ALLOW them THE FAIR CHANCE TO MEET ALL YOUR AUTOMATIVE NEEDS.... you will not regret it!!! (THANKS AGAIN to Jennifer, Chuck, & everyone that assisted me!!!) Super nice guys. Me and my brother got there 30 minutes before closing on a Sat. They stayed late and Chuck even called the finance company and got me approved. Love my Silverado 3500HD. Thanks guys!

I got my car from there and I am very happy.They was very helpful and friendlate and that is my first time.I have been there. I appreciate the service did and I like a service.They had and everyone worked there very good and very friendly and I loved that they made me feel comfortable.I wasn't feel like I didn't want to be there to look for a car.I wanted tell them, This is a place to go if you want A nice car and great service .
